Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served. You will keep the line clean and well‑configured while training the restaurant crew to provide exceptional service.

You will be on your feet during shifts, assist with breaks, cross‑training, and occasional office duties. Base pay is shown below with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety standards.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served and maintained.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line time/temperature, glove changes, and daily safety checks.
• Supervise crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with reviews.
• Assist with office administration and ensure supplies and equipment work.
