Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. The role includes keeping the line clean and equipment functioning, and stepping in to assist when not busy.

You’ll bring knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and office paperwork, with a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department rules.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Aufgaben

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew training, performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Perform miscellaneous office duties and manage office supplies.
