Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Colorado is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires staying on your feet, leading line operations, and stepping in to complete tasks when needed.

You will oversee food safety, training, scheduling, and hands-on coaching to develop future Service Leaders while delivering great guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure safe and high-quality food is served.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks and shifts; manage line schedules.
• Support food safety through daily practices and policies.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with office administration and supply ordering.
