Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You will maintain a clean, organized line and train the restaurant crew to deliver great service.

You will be on your feet, clocked in, and proactive in completing tasks, supporting food safety, staff scheduling, and office duties as needed across the front of house operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administration.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes and line schedules; support office duties as needed.
• Contribute to future Service Leaders and maintain food safety compliance.
