Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained. Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Understanding cash handling policies and procedures.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are adequately stocked and office equipment works.
