You will supervise front‑of‑house operations, greet and seat guests, handle cash and billing accurately, maintain safety and sanitation, train staff, and coordinate tasks during peak times to maximize guest satisfaction and unit profitability.

Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.
• Trustworthy with guest checks and cash handling.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests properly.
• Resolve guest complaints effectively.
• Handle cash, credit cards, gift cards, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility and equipment safety and sanitation.
• Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illness.
• Train employees during shifts to ensure performance.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standards.
• Identify and correct system issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty about deficiencies and safety problems.
