The role emphasizes food safety, customer service, and leadership of front-of-house staff, with opportunities to grow into Service Leader roles and participate in office-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety policies and procedures (hand washing, gloves, time/temps).
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties and supplies.
