Chipotle Mexican Grill in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience with safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep the line organized, equipment functioning, and support colleagues with tasks during busy times.

The role requires knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and restaurant operations, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience. Join a values-driven team focused on great food and service.

Formación

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ordering supplies.
• Keep office equipment functioning and supplies stocked.
