Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Temple, PA is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained restaurant crew. You will keep a clean line, supervise breaks and schedules, support food safety policies, and assist with front-of-house training and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and shelf-life checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking policies.
