Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Bala Cynwyd, PA, is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service. You’ll supervise a clean, organized line and support daily operations.

You’ll lead training, scheduling, and shift changes, monitor food safety, assist with incidents, and help cross-train front-of-house staff. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Aware of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork and formal communication.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, temps, shelf lives, safety checklists.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure supplies are adequate.
