Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Be familiar with office paperwork processes.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Hold a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Manage crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with advancing future Service Leaders.
• Perform office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
