Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Voorhees Township, NJ to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll keep the line clean and organized and actively help with tasks when busy.

Responsibilities include monitoring food safety, coaching crew, scheduling, assisting with office duties, and supporting the preparation and service of meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures is a plus.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure office supplies are stocked.
