Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires staying on their feet, keeping the line clean and organized, and stepping in to complete tasks when needed.

You’ll help resolve customer incidents, monitor shifts and breaks, and contribute to office duties and supplies management. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience with office paperwork and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain food safety.
• Monitor line and shift schedules, breaks, and meetings.
• Assist with crew training and performance reviews.
• Support office administration duties and banking policies.
