Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Savannah, GA is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, and by keeping the restaurant crew well trained and customer-focused.

You will lead shift operations, monitor line equipment, support food safety practices, resolve customer issues, and help train and evaluate front-of-house staff while growing future Service Leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary work location language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and customer experience is positive.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and maintain supplies.
