Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant line clean and equipment functioning.

You will train and develop crew, monitor shifts, support office duties, and help drive future leaders. This role requires standing on the floor, strong cash handling, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Ensure hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Address customer incidents and work to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration such as banking, cash handling policies and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
