Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience and ensure safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served. You will train and supervise a restaurant crew, keep a clean line with working equipment, and support daily operations.

The role requires attention to food safety, crew scheduling, and staff development to nurture future Service Leaders. On-site work with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction is expected.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized and with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Provide support with office administration tasks and paperwork.
• Ensure office supplies are ordered and office equipment works.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supplies for the line.
