Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served
• Keep a clean, organized line and ensure line equipment works correctly
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future Service Leaders
• Assist with office administration duties and banking policies
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are kept in working order
