Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by delivering safe, high-quality food and by keeping the front of the house organized and efficient. You will oversee line operations and guide crew training to maintain high service standards.

You will monitor food safety, assist with shift scheduling, and contribute to office tasks such as banking and supply management. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required to apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the work location’s primary language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and assist when not busy.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration, banking, and supply management.
