Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep line organized and crew trained; monitor line equipment.
• Address food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain high service standards.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; participate in performance reviews.
