Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience and ensure safe, high-quality food. The role includes training the crew, keeping the line clean and operating, and assisting with various admin duties.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, gloves, time/temperature checks, and daily safety checklists.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available.
