Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by serving safe, high-quality food and leading a trained restaurant crew.

The role requires maintaining a clean line, proper equipment operation, and taking initiative when tasks are available. Candidates should have restaurant experience and a high school diploma, with strong cash handling and food safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews and with future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with office administration duties and processing paperwork.
• Ensuring office equipment functions and supplies are stocked.
