Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader who ensures a safe, high-quality dining experience and a well-trained crew. You will maintain a clean, efficient line, supervise breaks and shifts, and support ongoing training to develop future Service Leaders.

Responsibilities include resolving food safety and quality issues, assisting with office tasks, and contributing to a positive customer experience. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in, ready to assist others when not busy.
• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and with future Service Leaders.
