Chipotle Mexican Grill (Chipotle) is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a superior guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line and supporting the restaurant’s safety and service standards.

The Service Leader will manage breaks and shift changes, assist with crew development, and help maintain daily operations. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues when they arise.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Assist in resolving customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew; assist with performance reviews and leadership development.
