Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lenoir, NC, is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by preparing safe, high quality food and training the restaurant crew. You will manage a clean, efficient line and supervise staff on shifts, breaks, and line schedules.

You’ll bring understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, knowledge of cash handling and food safety, and the ability to communicate clearly in the work location language.

Qualifications

• Understanding and articulation of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, temps, shelf lives, daily safety checklist
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules
