Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering safe, high‑quality food and training the restaurant crew. You’ll keep the line clean, manage schedules, and assist others when busy.

You will develop front‑of‑house staff, participate in performance reviews, support office duties, and uphold food safety standards. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required; tuition assistance and free meals are offered

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Understanding cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, and line temperature checks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and with developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies and equipment are in working order.
