Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean with properly functioning equipment and support crew on tasks as needed.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Handle banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork when needed.
