Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader at our Monroe, OH location to ensure a positive customer experience and safe, quality food preparation. The role emphasizes training, line management, and supporting crew operations.

The Service Leader will maintain a clean, efficient line, supervise shifts, and help resolve incidents while promoting Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. Strong cash handling and food safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
• Monitor line operations and assist with breaks and shifts.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Pursue development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and banking duties.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
