Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Center Square, PA is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by serving safe, high-quality food and by training and supporting a restaurant crew. The role requires leadership on the line, crew coordination, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, efficient line, monitoring shifts, and assisting with office duties as needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Maintain proper quantity of supplies on hand.
