Job summary

You will manage crew breaks, shift changes, cross training, and assist with office tasks while upholding Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required, with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and monitor safety procedures.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support admin tasks and ensure supplies and equipment are ready.
