Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Englewood is seeking a Service Leader to uphold food safety, quality, and a positive customer experience while training a restaurant crew. You will help manage line operations, perform administrative tasks, and support supervision duties in a fast-paced dining environment.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, a high school diploma, and knowledge of cash handling and Food With Integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Helping to resolve food quality issues
• Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks, and daily safety checklist adherence
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
• Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews
• Developing future Service Leaders
• Assisting with office administration duties and paperwork
• Ensuring office equipment works and supplies are ordered
• Ensuring sufficient quantities of supplies are available
