Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Virginia seeks a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew.

You will keep the line organized and trained, and be on your feet during shifts. You’ll develop and cross-train front-of-house staff, support food safety and time/temperature controls, resolve customer issues, monitor breaks and schedules, and assist with office tasks and supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Experience in a restaurant setting and customer service.
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served and food safety standards are followed.
• Support and develop front-of-house crew; monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Assist with office administration duties and inventory of supplies.
• Develop future Service Leaders and cross-train staff.
