Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and trained crew. The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, monitoring line integrity and assisting with breaks and schedules.

You will develop front-of-house staff, participate in performance reviews, and support office tasks as needed, all while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiar with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Experience with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and advancement of future leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and banking/cash policies as needed.
