Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in New Jersey is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive guest experience while training and coordinating the restaurant crew. The role requires maintaining a clean line, monitoring equipment, and supporting food safety practices to deliver excellent service to guests.

This position also involves developing and cross-training front-of-house staff, assisting with crew performance reviews, and handling related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience with cash handling policies is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department matters is desirable.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks is a plus.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Monitor line equipment and maintain a clean, organized line.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
