Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained. You will keep the line clean, ensure equipment works, and step in to assist when not busy, while seeking opportunities to complete tasks.

You’ll promote food safety, staff development, and service quality, with responsibilities spanning crew supervision, scheduling, and occasional office duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative duties.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and maintains positive customer experiences.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Monitor line time/temperature and daily safety checklists.
• Coach and develop front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Schedule crew, breaks, and line shifts; assist with office administration.
