Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high‑quality food and a positive customer experience. You’ll keep the line clean, train crew, and support managers by coordinating breaks, shifts, and line schedules.

This role requires hands‑on leadership, knowledge of food safety and cash handling, and restaurant experience. You’ll help resolve issues, mentor teammates, and contribute to a culture that puts Food With Integrity into practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Resolve customer incidents and food safety issues.
• Assist with office duties and supplies as needed.
