Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Understanding of food safety practices.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork and processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by serving safe, quality food and training the crew.
• Address food quality issues and assist with food safety—hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, shelf life, daily safety checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and support positive guest experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, line schedules and keep a clean, organized service line.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews; help develop future service leaders.
• Assist with office duties: banking policies, cash handling, and office paperwork; ensure equipment is functioning and supplies are ordered.
• Maintain appropriate quantity of supplies and keep office supplies stocked.
