Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Kent, OH is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by training a strong restaurant crew. You will manage line operations and support food safety while keeping a clean, efficient service line.

The role emphasizes resolving food quality issues, staff development, and coordinating with front-of-house teams. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
Help resolve food quality issues.
Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, times/temperatures, and daily safety checklist adherence.
Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences.
Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
