Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience, ensure safe and high-quality food, and train restaurant crew. The role requires hands-on leadership on the line and involvement in daily operations to keep service running smoothly.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor food safety practices, and support crew scheduling and development while aiming to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health department regulations.
• Ability to understand and follow Chipotle policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Monitor line timing, temperature, and food safety practices.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Support training and development of front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Handle office duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are up-to-date.
