Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and training a strong restaurant crew. You’ll monitor line operations, supervise shifts, and support crew development while maintaining a clean, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include addressing food quality issues, safeguarding food safety standards, and assisting with administrative tasks such as banking and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food; train crew and provide good service.
• Keep line clean and equipment functioning; supervise and assist on breaks and shift changes.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents; monitor food safety practices.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; participate in performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Assist with office administration, banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork; manage supplies.
