Job summary

Sifted is seeking a Service Lead to support day-to-day leadership and key areas of our community operations. You’ll aid the Executive Chef with kitchen opening, oversee shift operations, own closing, and mentor the Host team to deliver hospitality with consistency.

You’ll lead host load in and out, coordinate with donation and compost partners, and present as a source of leadership and reliability. The role requires 1+ year in service/catering or related fields, strong organizational skills, and

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in service/catering or brand ambassador industries, or an equivalent role
• Operationally minded and highly organized
• Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Natural leadership tendencies and reliability

Responsibilities

• Lead the community team through kitchen opening, shift operations, and kitchen closing
• Lead and coordinate host load in and load out
• Serve as the lead host for lunch or dinner shift
• Ensure host feedback surveys are completed and communicate updates
• Coordinate with donation and compost partners daily
• Present to the team as a source of leadership and support
