Job summary

Sifted is seeking an Account Lead to coordinate daily catering services on-site and act as the primary liaison with the client. You will direct on-site service, print daily menus, and manage host teams under the Executive Chef’s direction.

The role requires 35–40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with flexible start times to accommodate early tasks and urgent requests. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Washington State Food Handler certification.
• Experience in catering or hospitality settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client liaison, resolving issues professionally and quickly.
• Lead on-site service and act as the lead host during service.
• Train and monitor performance of host team.
• Print and organize daily menu signs and dish cards.
• Audit host surveys and temperature logs.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with Receiver.
• Input order data into Sifted systems.
• Maintain printed and digital menus and the office.
• Support in station setup and team preparation.
