Job summary

Sifted is seeking a customer-focused lunch service lead to deliver and serve lunches at our clients’ offices. You will manage on-site experiences, coordinate with the kitchen team, and create a branded pop-up vibe that reflects our hospitality-focused brand.

The role involves fast-paced events, guest interaction, and a commitment to exceptional customer experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure every staff member is delighted.
• Meet with the culinary team to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office.
• Create an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded materials.
• Tell the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper.
• Collect feedback including metrics and report back to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
