Job summary

Sifted is seeking an Account Lead to support our catering operations on-site, coordinating daily services and acting as the liaison between Sifted and our client. The role includes directing on-site service, printing and updating daily menus, auditing logs, and handling administrative tasks under the Executive Chef.

The position runs Mon-Fri with a 35–40 hour workweek, starting early and requiring flexibility. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Washington State Food Handler certification is required.
• Experience in catering or event servicing is preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise a host team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in administrative roles in catering or hospitality helps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client liaison to resolve issues professionally and quickly.
• Lead on-site host during service and train/monitor the host team.
• Print and organize daily menu signs and dish cards; maintain menus.
• Audit host surveys and temperature logs; coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Enter order data into Sifted technology and support setup of service stations.
• Maintain office and support other administrative tasks as needed.
