Job summary

Lolli & Pops is hiring a Service Lead/Keyholder in Oklahoma City to join our sweet team at Penn Square Mall. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to inspire guests, lead a busy team, and uphold the brand’s joyful, energetic culture while driving daily store performance.

You’ll coach associates, ensure product knowledge, manage training, inventory, and merchandising, and embody our values as you help deliver memorable guest experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and guest engagement.
• Passion for meticulous quality and organization.
• Bias toward action with ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to be coached and mentored.
• Detail-oriented with focus on cleanliness.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving.
• Positive attitude and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level KPI performance and take action to hit targets.
• Engage guests, facilitate sampling and share product knowledge.
• Elevate team performance through coaching and leading by example.
• Support training, development and motivation of team members.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce store policies and operational directives consistently.
• Advocate for Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
