Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant experience, ideally in fast-casual or QSR.
• Completion of Team Lead Training program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer training and coaching to Team Members.

• Support shift execution while maintaining operational standards.
