Job summary

CRISP & GREEN offers an exciting Team Lead (Afternoons) role in Fort Collins, CO. You will model our crisp standards for food safety and hospitality, mentor teammates, and guide shift execution to ensure a superior guest experience.

As a Team Lead, you’ll coach others, onboard new hires, and collaborate with management to uphold our wellness, integrity, and hospitality values during afternoon service. Restaurant experience and training completion are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months restaurant experience (fast-casual or QSR preferred).
• Completion of Steele Brands' Team Lead Training program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

CRISP & GREEN® is where individuals go to experience healthy and delicious food. To ensure that guests receive the best service and food each and every time, we need enthusiastic, positive and motivated leaders. Our Team Leads are the champions of delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Team will lead their team with an eye on the food, feel, and flow of the restaurant each shift. It is vital that our Team Leads can coach and inspire teams to deliver and maintain the crisp standard, 100% of the time.

Position Summary

As a Team Leads (Afternoons), you will be the role model amongst our team and maintain our crisp standards in regards to food safety and quality. You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our teams will want to emulate. We see the Team Leaders as an absolutely vital role in our continued success and growth as a company

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development
