Job summary

MP Contract Flooring is seeking a Service Lead for Flooring Installation Operations in the United States, New Jersey, Bellmawr. The role focuses on coordinating service issues, scheduling installers, tracking orders, and managing invoicing to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience in flooring or related fields is preferred but not required, with full benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring, construction, homebuilding, scheduling, installation coordination, operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Must be highly organized with strong follow-through and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Comfortable handling invoices, order information, and basic numbers.

MP Contract Flooring is a full-service flooring installation company serving new home builders, and we're looking for an organized, motivated Service Lead to join our team!

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with builders, homeowners, installers, and coworkers to resolve service issues
• Schedule installers and service appointments
• Track service orders from request through completion
• Monitor orders and material status
• Keep builders and homeowners updated
• Review and approve installer invoices
• Handle invoicing and order entry
• Manage service activity using HeyPros and other industry software
• Follow up on open items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Salary Range: $20-$23/hr
The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
