Job summary

Floor Nation LLC is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and oversee flooring installation operations, including carpet, LVP, laminate, and hardwood projects. You will manage crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality results for on-time project completion.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Weekly schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range reflecting market rates for Holbrook, NY.

• Manage staging and preparation of materials for upcoming installations.
• Verify materials prior to installation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for installation-related concerns.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding project timelines.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
• Conduct follow-up inspections when necessary.

The Installation Manager serves as the primary operational leader for all carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and hardwood flooring projects from post sale through completion.

This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring efficient, profitable operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Holbrook, NY)
