L Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison, WI is hiring a Service Lane Support Associate to greet customers, assist with vehicle movements, and help maintain a smooth service drive. You will prepare arriving vehicles, support delivery, and assist the service team with clerical tasks and phones.

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and provide professional assistance.
• Move customer vehicles between the service lane, parking lot, and designated service areas.
• Prepare arriving vehicles with protective seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats.
• Retrieve completed vehicles and support customer vehicle delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized service drive, parking area, and work environment.
• Support the service team with phones, shuttle coverage, clerical tasks, and other department needs as assigned.
