Job summary

Charlie Clark Auto Group is seeking a Service Drive Manager for our franchise dealership to lead a high‑performing service team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will schedule quick-lane appointments, oversee advisors and technicians, and drive department productivity with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree or 2–4 years of related experience, a valid Texas driver’s license, and a proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule quick lane service appointments.
• Maintain inventory of quick lane supplies and parts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
• Monitor and improve department productivity.
• Oversee daily activities of the quick lane, including advisors and technicians.
• Ensure all repairs and shop duties are documented and completed by end of day.
• Monitor workflow to minimize disruptions and improve shop production.
• Maintain the facility and equipment.
• Conduct weekly department meetings/attend weekly manager meetings.

Service Drive Manager – Franchise Automotive Dealership

Education and/or Experience
